What Counts as Inappropriate Behaviour? 🚫
Here are some examples of behaviour that warrant reporting:

- Discriminatory comments or actions.
- Threatening or aggressive messages.
- Spam or scam attempts.
- False or misleading venue/performer information.
- Payment-related misconduct.
What to Do If There’s an Issue 📝
Step 1: Try Direct Communication
If you feel comfortable and safe doing so, try to resolve the issue directly with the other user. Sometimes misunderstandings can be cleared up with a respectful conversation.
Step 2: Report the Issue
If direct communication isn’t possible or hasn’t helped:
- Send an email to support@gigbridge.com.au .
- Or use our Contact Us page if you can’t access your account.
- Provide a brief description of what happened.
- Don’t worry about gathering evidence – our support team can access the necessary information.
