Before raising a dispute, check if your charge might be one of these:
- It’s actually your monthly subscription payment. (They sneak up on you like a ninja!)
- A delayed charge from a previous transaction.
- Multiple charges that should have been combined into one.
The Right Way to Raise a Dispute 📝
Step 1: Double-Check Everything
Have a good look at the charge first – is it definitely unexpected? Sometimes our memory needs a little nudge!
Step 2: Please Contact Us (Not Your Bank!)
If something’s still not right, drop us a line through our Contact Us page. Include these details to help us investigate faster:
- Transaction date and time
- Amount charged
- Your bank/card issuer
- Any transaction reference numbers you can see
- A brief description of why you think there’s an issue
Step 3: Let Us Investigate
We’ll look into it and get back to you within 5 business days (not counting weekends or public holidays – even our detective hats need a rest sometimes!).
Why Not Go Straight to Your Bank? 🏦
Here’s the thing – if you go straight for a chargeback through your bank, your profile will auto-suspend upon receiving the chargeback notice. Nobody wants that! It’s much better to chat with us first – we’re quite reasonable people, and we love solving problems.
