When you join the GigBridge family, you’ll get your first 30 days completely free! And yes, we mean a full 30 days from the moment you sign up – not some weird pro-rata calculation that would make Einstein scratch his head!
How the Payments Work 💫
Here’s the timeline (simpler than your first guitar lesson):
- Day 1-30: Your free trial period – explore GigBridge to your heart’s content!
- Day 30: Your first payment gets processed. 💳
- Every 30 days after that: Your subscription automatically renews.
Payment Methods 💸
We keep things old school with credit and debit card payments through Stripe (our trusted payment partner). Like that vintage amplifier you love, we’re sticking to the classics – cards only, no PayPal, direct debits, or bank transfers!
What If Something Goes Wrong? 🤔
Sometimes things don’t go to plan (like that time the drummer actually showed up early!). Here’s what happens if a payment hits a wrong note:
- First attempt fails? Don’t panic! Stripe will:
- Try again after 12 hours (second attempt)
- Give it one more shot 24 hours later (third attempt)
- Meanwhile, your profile will take a little stage break. (The affected profile will be temporarily suspended from the first failed payment attempt.)
- Yes, you’ll receive a notification about what’s happened.
- You can log in anytime to update your payment details.
Multiple Profiles? 🎭
Good news for our multi-talented performers! If one profile’s payment gets stage fright, only that specific profile takes a break. Your other profiles with up-to-date payments will keep on rocking!
Managing Your Subscription 🎵
Need to update your card details or cancel your subscription? Just head to your account settings where you can:
- Update your payment information
- View your billing history
- Cancel your subscription (though we’d be sadder than a blues guitarist in the rain!)
Note: Like that one song you can’t pause mid-chorus, subscriptions can’t be temporarily paused – they can only be cancelled or continued.
