GigBridge Support Sessions are your bi-weekly opportunity to maximise the potential of your GigBridge profile!
These interactive sessions are designed to help our community members get the most out of GigBridge’s features and functions through real-time support and collaborative learning.
Session Details
- When: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 AM (GMT+10)
- Duration: 1 Hour
- Format: Open Q&A and live demonstrations
- Cost: Free for all GigBridge members
What to Expect
Our support sessions are intentionally informal and flexible, allowing you to:
- Ask questions about any GigBridge feature.
- Get immediate assistance with profile optimisation.
- Learn from other community members’ questions.
- Watch live demonstrations of GigBridge functions.

How to Join
- Send an email to support@gigbridge.com.au at least 24 hours before your preferred session.
- Include your:
- Name
- GigBridge Profile Name
- Preferred Session Date
- Any specific questions or topics you’d like covered
- We’ll reply with a placeholder that contains the session access details.
Session Guidelines
- Join on time to make the most of the session.
- Come prepared with your questions.
- Keep your microphone muted when not speaking.
- Feel free to use the chat function.

- If you can’t attend a scheduled session, you’re welcome to request the next available slot.
- For urgent support outside these sessions, please raise a support ticket.
