What to do when GigBridge is having a “London Bridge is Falling Down” Moment? 🌉

Don’t panic! (Well, unless there’s actually an asteroid heading our way, then maybe panic a little). 

Here’s how to check what’s happening with GigBridge:

1. Check Our Status Page First: Head over to our always-available Status Page. This page stays up even when GigBridge is having a little lie-down, so you’ll always know what’s happening.
2. Need to Report an Issue?: Unless you’re experiencing an “Oh my goodness, the building’s on fire!” level of urgency, please avoid calling us. Why? Because if there’s a system issue, we’re probably running around like headless chickens trying to fix it! 🐔
3. Stay in the Loop: Keep an eye on our status page for real-time updates. If something really major happens (think asteroid-level events), we’ll switch to proactive-engagement and start sending out email updates!

Remember: Our status page is hosted separately from GigBridge, so you’ll always be able to access it, even when other services are taking an unexpected break from normal programming.
