How does GigBridge handle refunds?

Let’s get you up to speed on refunds. (Though we sincerely hope you’re not reading this because something’s gone wonky with our service!).

Here at GigBridge, we like to keep things as simple as your gran’s secret chocolate chip cookie recipe. If we’ve somehow dropped the ball on our service agreement (nobody’s perfect – even unicorns stumble sometimes! 🦄), we’ll zip those funds right back to you through our trusty Stripe payment system. No fancy vouchers or complicated coupons – just a good old-fashioned honesty system that puts the money back in your bank account.

Quick reality check: If you’re thinking of cancelling mid-subscription because you’ve had a change of heart (it happens, we’re not crying… much), that’s not covered under our refund policy. But hey, you can always cancel your subscription to prevent future charges – we’re cool like that!

Need to chat about a refund? Drop us an email – it’s the fastest way to get things sorted, faster than a caffeinated cheetah on roller skates! Once approved, refunds are processed through Stripe within 24 hours, though your bank might take their own time clearing these funds back into your account (they all march to the beat of their own very slow drummer! 🥁).
